Small adjustments to the connect card, plus QR code capture and location reporting.
You'll get one email with your next steps. No spam, ever.
A suggested script for Hosts, Coaches and the Next Steps team when they meet someone new, especially at the Welcome Spot and in the Next Steps room:
Welcome Spot. Its own QR per location. Source stamps as Welcome Spot.
Next Steps Room. Its own QR per location. Source stamps as Next Steps Room.
Everything else. The regular card link: in service, 1 on 1 conversations in the lobby, or online. Source stamps as General.
Behind the scenes: each submission stamps its source and location, call opt-ins land on the Inroads call list with their preferred time, email-only folks get the next-steps email automatically. Salvation responses still get the priority call.
The last 6 months of live submissions (Mar 12 to Sep 11): 453 cards. Downtown 238, Midtown 112, Hamilton 81, Mexico City 22. About 17 a week across all locations.
The optional boxes get used. Group interest (58%) and salvation response (22%, 94 people) are the card's two most valuable signals. That's why More options stays visible on the new card.
Required doesn't mean answered. Neighbourhood and "how did you hear" are mandatory today, and roughly 1 in 12 answers is a placeholder like "not mentioned on card." The new card only requires name and email.
Evenings win. Nearly half of everyone picks evening as their best time, which fits the midweek call design.
