This is a suggestion on how to run your Huddles this week — the goal is to make sure we engage everyone this Easter to Connect + Complete. Please work it however you want to deliver it and set your location up for a win.

Kick things off with a song — get people on their feet.

🗣️ DELIVER THE CULTURAL POINT
"Invitation is our intention." Use your verse. Shout out a team member. Make it personal.

🎵 CUE THE HOSTING 2-STEP
Drop another song halfway through to reset the energy, then walk everyone through:

Step 1 — CONNECT
  • Connect with someone new — don't be their only connection
  • Walk with them to: Next Steps, Welcome Spot, or Cafe

Step 2 — COMPLETE
  • Fill out a Connect Card
  • Sign up for a Connect Group
  • Invite to serve or Team Orientation — 3rd Sunday of each month

Families — set up a lunch or midweek hangout with a new family.

Two steps. Every team member should be able to say them back by the end of the Huddle.
